Terraced Plot

This terraced plot steps down the steep site over three platforms which house the bedrooms, kitchen / dining and living areas. Outdoor terraces are paired to the interior and nestle into, on top of and finally cantilevered off the hillside. Massing shifts from a 2 story volume at the streetside to a double-height kitchen / dining space and finally a snug single level form with fire and in-built seating.
