Garden Centre is the apartment complex designed for the Urban Habitat Collective, a Wellington co-housing group. 24 apartments, ranging in size from 1 bed studio to 4 bed family home. 100% dual aspect, fully accessible, naturally ventilated, these apartments are accessed via collective deck areas which overlook a shared garden at the centre of the site.
